To join Regis in an AIN/PCA position, you must be available to attend all 3 steps of the recruitment process. This process provides you with an additional level of training and skill development that gives you the self confidence in your skills and knowledge.

Assessment Centre – Tuesday, 3rd July 2018

Training Centre – Tuesday, 10th July and Wednesday, 11th July 2018

Contract signing and system training – Friday, 18th July 2018

The Role:

As an AIN/PCA with Regis, your role will be required to:

• Provide quality support to residents with their daily living activities
• Always work as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spirit
• Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policy and procedure
• Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do
• Always interact with the residents and their families in friendly, helpful and positive manner

Your experience:

• Qualified with a Certificate III in Aged Care (minimum requirement) or are currently studying Nursing and have completed an Aged Care placement
• Previous experience as an AIN/PCA in Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
• Demonstrated ability to work to required resident outcomes
