Come and join our Occupational Therapy Practice. Facilitate Occupational Therapy Services are rapidly expanding and are looking for motivated and energetic staff. We provide Occupational Therapy services for clients of all ages and work closely with DVA, health funds, Disability and Community Service Providers, CTP insurers, private clients and NDIS to ensure a high quality of life for all in their home environment.

Our team is located throughout the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, South Western Sydney and the Southern Highlands.

Our OTs have a high level of experience accross a diverse range of clinical areas and we foster a collaborative approach to ensure excellence in our service. 

Essential Criteria:

1. A Bachelor (or Masters) of Health Science (Occupational Therapy)                   

2. Registration with AHPRA, OT Australia and Medicare                                                             

3. Sound problem solving, organisational and time management skills                 

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills                                              

5. Current driver's licence and willingness to use own car for community appointments (travel allowance applies)

Desirable Criteria:

1. Experience in the field of disability, aged care or adult rehabilitation in home or clinic based setting. Experience with other client groups will also be viewed favourably.        

2. Experience working within a team environment and autonomously                     

3. Experience in screening and assessing adults using standardised assessment and clinical observation.

4. Experience working with clients in group and on-on-one settings

Successful applicants will be required to have National Criminal Records Check.

Remuneration will be in accordance with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010 dependent on experience. Benefits include, in-house training, support for external CPD, professional indemnity insurance, travel allowance and administrative support.
