Description
As Residential Manager or Operations Manager you will have overall responsibility for the strategic planning, financial management and day to day operations of the Aged Care Village.
You will lead and manage an experience team to provide high quality services for both clients and colleagues.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Total strategic, business, financial, marketing and people management of the Village.
- The identification and development of new on-site allied health service opportunities and ventures.
- Effective work force management planning, coaching, training and development.
- Governance and legislative management and accreditation.
- Monitoring, assessment and management of any third party service providers.
Profile
You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with business, commercial and people management experience across an Aged Care Facility.
You will be a degree qualified Nurse and will have demonstrable experience in driving change, budget and KPI management, leading a diverse workforce and third party contract management.
