MHPH is a 22 bed surgical hospital with four theatres, 14 day only beds and 8 inpatient rooms. We are seeking to bring on experienced RN's with cosmetic/plastics theatre experience.

We are seeking a motivated, innovative and patient-care orientated registered nurses to grow our perioperative services team. Your role will be pivotal in providing support and exceptional patient care. Our theatres will provide excellent care to patients of interventional pain management, oral and maxillofacial surgery and plastic and reconstructive procedures. This role is an exciting opportunity for flexible, patient-centred registered nurses willing to grow with our services.
The role
- Delivering an exceptional patient experience within perioperative services
- Ensuring patient flow is managed whilst providing high standards of patient care
- Role-modelling empathy to patients, families and surgeons
Essential requirements
- You must be eligible to work in Australia
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a scrub scout
- Understanding of the ACORN standards
- Demonstrated experience working in cosmetic/plastics surgeries
- Hold perioperative qualifications
- Be highly accountable and demonstrate a strong, supportive and engaging style
- Be passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes
- Capable of working in a high pressure environment
- Be highly accountable to your patients and their families
- Demonstrate critical thinking and a collaborative approach
- Able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive at all times
- A team player able to inspire and engage those you work with
