South Pacific Private is a privately owned and operated mental health facility located on Sydney's northern beaches. South Pacific Private specialises in the integrated medical, psychiatric and psycho therapeutic treatment of addictions and mood disorders.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Facilitate daily group therapy
- Facilitate lectures, groups and workshops as per program schedule
- Provide comprehensive and professional case management to a delegated case-load of inpatient clients
- Support a positive treatment experience for all clients by role modelling functional adult behaviour
Applicant requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling or Graduate Diploma in Counselling / Psychotherapy
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience including group therapy facilitation
- Experience / knowledge of 12-Step Program
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent worker with a team focus
Training will be provided for a suitable applicant.
