Our client is looking for an advanced Clinical practitioner, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and experience in Acute Surgical. Your leadership style enables you to effectively manage a multi-disciplinary team through strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

A scenic 3 hours drive north of Brisbane, known for its subtropical climate and beautiful beaches.

Criteria:

• Full registration with AHPRA
• Minimum of 5+ years experience working within a Surgical Ward
• Previous experience coordinating care provision with large team (desirable)
• Sound leadership skills to effectively supervise a multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
• Willingness to be flexible and available for rostered shifts
• Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication Skills
