Melbourne City Mission Palliative Care (MCMPC) aims to enhance quality of life by providing specialist interdisciplinary palliative care for people living with a terminal condition, their families and carers. MCMPC provides a 24 hour service 7 days a week.
Working as a member of an interdisciplinary team and in collaboration with external health professionals, our Palliative Care Registered Nurses provide initial nursing assessment and psychosocial screening for all clients requiring our care.
