The role: 

As an experienced Nurse, you will join a supportive & resident focused environment. The purpose of this role is to provide a professional level of nursing care, including clinical practice and administration of medications.
  
Skills and Experience:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Recording attendance at training, education and orientation programs for all employees.
• Develop and implement regular training needs analysis.
• In collaboration with Chief Executive Officer & Director of Nursing, assist to identify and support staff learning pathways and opportunities within the Home’s budget.
• Maintain current knowledge of Aged Care & Training Industry.
• Ensure all documentation is correct and in line with compliance guidelines
