• Do you have a high degree of computer literacy?
• Exposure to D4W software or other dental software will be advantageous

If this sounds like you, then join Vale Dental Practice in this rewarding Dental Receptionist role, where you will support the successful running of the practice through:

• Reporting to the Practice Manager on reception issues
• Reception duties including greeting patients, answering telephone calls, client database maintenance, billing and booking appointments.
• Working closely with the team of clinical experts
• Assisting with all general dental treatment including the sterilisation of instruments
• Ensuring patients are well-looked after and prepared for dental treatment
• Building relationships with all patients and clients
• Multitasking and prioritising of workload to provide efficient customer service

This is a great opportunity for you to work 2 days a week (Tuesday & Friday) as a casual Dental Receptionist. Shifts available may also include leave cover. You will join a fun and professional team, with ongoing training and career opportunities through our large network of medical centres around Australia.
