About the business
This organisation is well-established and has a long standing history with the Perth community. As well as a number of large facilities in Perth they also provide a few sizeable aged care villages throughout WA.
About the role
This role is to provide maternity leave cover for a minimum 12 month period (most likely longer). You will be working across two facilities in the Perth metro area, your roles and responsibilities will include;
- Working in a small team (approx 15 in therapy team)
- Assessing and evaluating patients and implementing specific programs and care plans
- Providing pain management to residents
- Establishing and developing relationships both with residents and their families
- Maintaining and recording up to date, accurate information

Skills and experience
The chosen candidate will meet the following criteria;
- Full AHPRA registration
- Recent police check clearance
- Minimum 18 months experience within an aged care environment
