The Practice:
This well established, multichair, inner city practice is a super busy practice that focuses on cosmetic dentistry and specialist prosthodontic services. The practice offers a modern and varied work environment, where high standards are the norm and you wil be expected to deliver an exceptional standard of service to the loyal patient base.
The role:
Working full time hours in a busy working environment, you will be in charge of managing the front office functions of a busy Dental practice. You will be the face of the practice and need to have the personality and attitude that will bring a positive vibe.
Daily tasks and responsibilities include:
- Managing the day to day operations of the Reception; oversee patient care, and ensure patients are well cared for
- Invoicing
- Triaging patients
- Database management
- Confirming patients
About you:
We are seeking a people oriented person with a warm and caring nature. You will be seeking a long term opportunity and looking for stability. To be successful for this role you will have a minimum of 4 years experience working in a similar role, be passionate about the dental industry and be looking for a role where you can build strong long lasting relationships with your work colleagues.
