About the Role

CareSouth are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Clinician for our Western NSW region.

This senior leadership role will form part of our Clinical Team and is responsible for the implementation of the CareSouth trauma informed Everyday Therapeutic Care Model. This will involve monitoring, guiding and providing therapeutic support and intervention to our staff, clients and carer base, in line with individualised care arrangements.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing or other relevant clinical field and current or eligible registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership capacity.
  • Significant experience working with trauma informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection and similar relevant service sectors.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Sound judgement and problem solving skills.
  • Experience working within a case management framework.

The total remuneration package for this position includes:

  • Salary negotiable up to $100,000
  • Fully maintained vehicle
