Absolute Care & Health provides tailored services to the Aged/Home Care sector in the Melbourne region. We offer a holistic approach to care, focusing on quality of life and exceptional client service, delivered with respect and passion.
We are looking for reliable, committed and empathetic individuals to provide quality care as a Personal Care Worker. You do not need experience, just the right attitude and be willing to learn.
We are currently looking for home based caregivers who share our company values and philosophies regarding client care.
Details of current opportunities as follows:
- Shifts from ranging from 2 hours to 24 hours.
- Location - South Eastern Suburbs.
- A variety of activities depending on the specific client requirements, including transportation, companionship, showering, transfers, cleaning, light domestic duties, and shopping.
- A chance to work with clients from the diverse cultural background.
Must Haves
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Must have current National Police Check (within 12 months) Working with Children Check, or be prepared to obtain in order to commence work.
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or current Nursing student. (should have completed Cert III equivalent placements
- Experience in managing challenging behavior
- Passion for wanting to make a difference in the lives of others
- First Aid & CPR qualifications (or be prepared to obtain in order to commence work)
