BMDH Clinical Nurse Educator Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Educator Remuneration: $95,199.8 - $98,288.77 Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ54361 Where you'll be working Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs in consultation with Nurse Management, Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants, to support the delivery of clinical best practice, patient service and enhanced patient outcomes with in the perioperative environment. Essential Criteria Vaccination: Category A Checks: Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Check Registration: Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency Licence: Valid NSW Drivers Licence Selection Criteria Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment and/or recent clinical education experience in an acute care facility Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to achieve set goals and provide support to Nursing and Midwifery peers in a clinical teaching capacity Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate clinical education at the ward level and provide support and guidance to a wide skill mix and designation of nursing and midwifery staff Relevant computer skills including database programmes and data entry Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Need more information?
