About the role
Employed by Think: Education Services Pty Ltd; In this role, you will secure and allocate clinical placements to students in accordance to the Diploma of Nursing program. You will be the lead contact with industry in Sydney for all existing relationships.  You will also drive new relationships within the industry to generate opportunities for your students and for THINK Education. 
  • Conduct regular industry visits to prospective & existing businesses
  • Secure placement opportunities for students
  • Plan, coordinate and allocate students to clinical facilities
  • Establish & maintain relationships with clinical facilities
  • Evaluate and monitor student clinical progress throughout the course
  • Manage assessment of student clinical competence
  • Provide constructive student feedback to promote positive outcomes
  • Provide weekly activity reporting to manager
  • Conduct student visits with clinical facilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Coordinator, Program Manager and Campus Director to drive outcomes for the team
Desired Skills and Experience 
  • Bachelor of Nursing
  • Current Nurse Registration with AHPRA
  • TAE with LLN competency
  • Valid Working with Children clearance
