Full-time Community Registered Nurse (RN) - South West Sydney

Full-time position available for experienced Registered Nurse with a Community Care background, to work with a reputable, not for profit, community care organisation.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to liaise with community clients in South West Sydney. Running assessments, developing care plans, admitting new clients to our community care programmes, including home care packages.

About you:

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a community environment
Proficient computer skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Enjoy working within a team environment
Current Driver's License
Registered Nurse with Community Nursing experience (minimum 4 years)
