E4 Recruitment are looking for the best Facility Manager in Geelong to run a small to medium sized Aged Care facility!


THE FACILITY & THE ORGANISATION
Small to medium Aged Care facility located in a beautiful beachside suburb. The company are a large Aged Care provider who have facilities across Australia. They are a growing organisation and they pride themselves on valuing their staff and having a supportive and inclusive team culture.


THE ROLE
As the Facility Manager – you will be in charge of the overall operations of the well-run Residential Aged Care facility. Some of your duties will be:

• Manage and mentor your care staff team
• Ensure that the highest level of clinical care is being provided to all of the residents
• Focus on the finances, budgets and HR for the home
• Ensure that the home is compliant with all of the aged care standards.
• ACFI – Aged care funding instrument

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA Registration
• 2+ years’ experience as a Facility Manager in a residential aged care facility.
• Strong knowledge in ACFI, aged care standards, accreditation and legislation
• Passion for aged care
• Ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty in a small sized aged care facility.
