Fullerton Health Medical Centres are joining with National Pharmacies to introduce a pharmacy based GP service to offer basic everyday services to patients, many of which form part of the strong member and customer base. The clinic will be based in a modern pharmacy facility within retail shopping precincts. The medical service will form part of a multi-disciplinary range of high quality services including medical, pharmacy, optometry plus many exciting health and wellness related initiatives.
This will initially be a solo role and will not have the services of a practice nurse however this may evolve in the future. The GP will need to be comfortable providing services independently to patients with onsite reception support. This role will be initially planned to cover 40 hours a week during business hours Monday to Friday and looking to expand these hours once established e.g. Saturday mornings. This can be accommodated in a flexible manner with several doctors undertaking the hours or the clinics opening on an initial part time basis if preferred.
