Pharmaceutical & Medical Professionals, a Healthcare Professionals Group business is currently recruiting for a Market Access Manager position.

This global bio-pharmaceutical company seek to significantly improve the lives of seriously ill patients around the globe through research, development and commercialisation of live enhancing medicines.
About the opportunity
This rare opportunity would suit an experienced health economics professional keen to add value to this global pharmaceutical company by providing input and strategic advice related to reimbursement for existing and pipeline products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market access strategies to achieve optimal funding conditions of new products
- Prepare market access submissions to government and payer stakeholders across Australia
- Develop strategic market access plans to support key business objectives
- Provide robust clinical, health economics and pricing input into commercialisation strategies to ensure optimal funding of new products
Skills and Experience
- Substantial hands on market access experience including writing and preparation of pricing submissions to the PBAC
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline
- Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced computer skills including the use of relevant analysis tools such as Excel
- Excellent quantitative skills to undertake health economic modelling
- Strong project management skills
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Healthcare system
