Learn more about the benefits and lifestyle of Wagga Wagga What you will be doing The Fracture Liaison Coordinator (FLC) is responsible for delivering complex specialist care and leading development of specialist clinical practice and service delivery to provide effective quality care for clients with complex care needs. Specifically this position is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the Osteoporotic Refracture Prevention Program (ORPP) within Murrumbidgee Local Health District. Selection Criteria Relevant Nursing or Physiotherapy qualification with extensive post-graduate clinical experience. Where CNS classification applies, must have relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification. Current professional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated experience in Musculoskeletal Health Care and a well-developed understanding of the concepts of chronic disease management and its application with people and communities where chronic care is required Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and cultivate productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Additional Information Upon appointment the successful applicant will be remunerated at a Physiotherapist Level 3, Year 1-2 or a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 depending upon their qualifications and as per the relevant NSW Health Awards.
