Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) join WellOne because we refer our members as new patients. It is free for HCPs to join, but they do have to offer our members a discount on treatment.

The Opportunity

The Sales Consultant will proactively build and support a network of allied Healthcare Professionals and customers that are participating in the WellOne program through both outbound sales strategies and practitioner relationship management.

Being a brand new position, you have the opportunity to make this role your own. You will be joining a fun and professional team who are a part of a wider centralised corporate team who all have a passion for the products they work across which shows in the positive and vibrant culture of the office. 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Database management and administration of practitioner agreements
• Administration of all records and publishing reports for management
• Make outbound calls to a database of prospects to increase our member base
• Close leads provided through external referrers
• Contact practitioners to increase partnering practice numbers within each of the professions
• Cross sell associated business products and services
• Identify customer concerns, resolve and issues which may arise, escalate through the relevant channels when required
• Have outstanding communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
