Eldercare's Allied Health program is undergoing an exciting period of change and growth. Harnessing the collective skills of a large and committed multidisciplinary team, our integrated wellbeing model aspires to create extraordinary results for our customers.

As a result of service growth, we are seeking a permanent, full-time or part-time Physiotherapist to join our very stable team. This role will offer exposure to a broad clinical landscape, within a contemporary aged care framework. You will use your professional judgement and the belief in your customer's potential, to achieve unique outcomes.

Your role will see you conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop creative treatment plans, offer one-on-one and group-based interventions, and contribute to aspirational customer goals. At your disposal will be dedicated treatment space and new rehabilitation equipment within our residential care sites.

Working closely with the rest of the multidisciplinary team, you will also be supported by an experienced Team Leader. Regular face-to-face supervision and ad hoc support will allow you to excel in your role, and to develop your career. You will also contribute to exciting service development initiatives and growth strategies.

Previous experience in an Aged Care environment is desirable, but recent graduates seeking a career in Aged Care would be very welcome.  

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • have a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • be committed to delivering person-centred care
  • have a full SA driver's license
