You will have the opportunity to work with a large specialist provider of ‘Residential Care Support' to provide Physio aide to their Aged Care Facility.
As an integral part of the local community, you will provide the highest quality of care and service to residents at the facility.
Your role will include:
- Initial assessments of residents
- Fall prevention screening
- Planning exercise programs/plans to improve quality of life for all residents
- Initiating and following a consistent care and rehabilitation program for ongoing treatment
In this role, you will be working autonomously with remote access but you will have the support of the allied health and management team in the facility should you need it.
Candidate:
- To be successful for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Full AHPRA Registration
- 2 years post graduate experience
- Current drivers licence and own transport
- Knowledge of working with CHSP (desirable)
- Passion for Aged Care
