Our fully bulk billed community based psychology practice is renowned for its unique approach to psychology. We have embedded our work within communities and we offer support from an ecological perspective. We have a large team of skilled psychologists from diverse backgrounds. We are looking for a full time psychologist to join us in the West.
This permanent position is within 3 schools across the City of Wyndham. The position will be 9:00-4:00pm (35 hours per week) Monday to Friday and is during school terms only. The annual salary is between $70,000 and $100,000 paid across 26 fortnightly payments in an annual salary PLUS 9.5% Super, mobile phone and Laptop.

Your Responsibilities

Provide counselling to students under the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme

Build relationships and networks with local non-government services and GP clinics

Administrative duties such as preparing reports as required and as requested and case file note management

To be apart of the team and willing to participate in team peer supervision when possible and contribute to team discussions on our virtual workplace app
Key Criteria
Fully registered psychologist
Must be eligible for a Medicare provider number
Ability to see clients (or willing to gain registration for) under NDIS, workcover and TAC
Demonstrated skills and experience in engaging clients and providing psychological interventions to a range of clientele including clients from CALD backgrounds
Ability to work with children
