We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facility Manager at our Reid & Nash Courts Aged Care Community located in Sinnamon Park.
With the resident at the heart and soul of our care model, every aspect of the operation will deeply reflect the values of the socially purposeful organisation. Reporting to the Director of Residential Aged Care, the Facility Manager will ensure the delivery of superior, high quality care to all residents and support a resident relationship-centred model of care based on the Eden Philosophy.
Through engaging, supportive and visionary leadership, the Facility Manager will support staff to meet the holistic needs of residents as well as ensuring the strategic plan is operationalised. The Facility Manager will be responsible for the operational and financial management of Reid & Nash Court which includes compliance, safety & risk management.
For this role we are seeking a leader with a deep commitment to the provision of aged care in a manner that lives the values of the organisation and supports the care approach. Along with exceptional people leadership capability and a commitment to ongoing staff development, we are seeking a Facility Manager with relevant clinical qualifications, strong financial and operational capability.
