The Role
We are a major supplier of providing staff to all Aged Care facilities in WA. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Aged Care workers for regular and casual work.
We have shifts available in the morning, afternoon and night from Monday through to Sunday.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Assisting residents with feeding, showering, toileting and dressing
• Operating hoist/lifts
• Transferring residents
• Assisting nurses where possible
• Ensuring residents needs are met in a timely manner
Essential criteria
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care
- National Police clearance is essential (Issued in last 1 year)
- Medical competency certificate (advantage)
- Dysphagia competency certificate (advantage)
- Minimum 1-year experience shown in your resume
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Experience with dementia residents
