RN - General Practice Casual position plus sick / holiday relief. We are seeking an experienced RN to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful applicant will be providing care to patients working alongside other experienced nurses within a multidisciplinary team. Essential Criteria: Current AHPRA registration Demonstrates excellent time management, clinical problem solving and organisational skills Excellent communication and competent computer skills High level of clinical competence Ability to act as a positive role model and as a professional at all times Be passionate about providing high quality patient-focused care Maintains professional portfolio as evidence for nursing registration Able to work cooperatively in a team environment or independently Experience with Best Practice software or similar Experience in Chronic Disease Management Unblemished driving record & current NSW drivers license Previous experience in a General Practice setting will be highly regarded If you meet the above criteria and would like to join our great team of staff then please email your CV to Debra Smith - General Manager, Medical Services
