About the Role
The role as a Dementia Consultant is to provide high quality consulting to patients and their family that are affected by dementia. The role is responsive and provides uniquely tailored services to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide advice and support to dementia patients and their families.
• Provide assessment, case management and the implementation of appropriate services.
Skills and experience required:
• RN or AHP with 3 years experience in Dementia
• Registered with AHPRA or appropriate professional body
• Full clean drivers licence
• Superb Communication Skills
• A passion for improving the lives of those affected by dementia
