:: Care Manager / Deputy Facility Manager ::

Your main responsibility will be to provide the highest level of clinical care and customer service to all your resident's and their family. Some of your duties will include;

• Liaise closely with an experienced and down to earth Facility Manager. They have been in the aged care industry for over 10 years and are able to mentor you to further progress your nursing career
• Manage and support your care staff team; you will have a highly supportive and experienced team to work with you and make your job easier. They have a great family-bond in the aged care home and have excellent communication.
• You will oversee the ACFI, Quality and further educate / mentor your team. 
• Excellent customer service to all residents and their families

• This is a family-owned aged care provider; they currently have several aged care facilities with plans to develop more. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a growing aged care organisation and be part of their growth

What YOU will need to be successful:
  
A successful candidate will need to be a current Registered Nurse with previous management or leadership experience in an aged care facility. Skills and experience required:

• Current registered nurse qualification and AHPRA registration
• Care Manager / Deputy Facility Manager experience required
• 5+ years aged care experience
• Excellent understanding of accreditation and continuous improvement within an aged care facility
