The Opportunity
Our Perioperative Team are currently seeking a passionate individual to join them on a part time basis as the Afternoon / Evening Floor Coordinator.
The purpose of this role is to facilitate the smooth operation of the department and it's operating sessions, coordinating the continuum of care relating directly to surgical / anaesthetic intervention in order to provide optimal surgical outcomes for our patients.
Shifts will generally start early afternoon and conclude around 2130.
Essential Criteria
Successful applicants must possess:
- Current and ongoing work rights in Australia
- Minimum 2 years perioperative experience
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Strong customer service focus and positive can-do attitude
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously when required
- Commitment to improvement and excellence in the delivery of outcomes
