Buderim Private Hospital are currently seeking experienced Clinical Nurses in a Permanent Part Time/Full Time capacity, to join our brand new Emergency Centre opening in August 2018

Our brand new, custom-designed $4 million Emergency Centre features the latest in medical technology and will be actively supported by our existing 24 hour intensive and critical care units and cardic cath labs. Combined with a clear commitment to patient privacy and comfort, our emergency centres is created with the aim of providing an exceptional standard of high-quality, person-centred care on the Sunshine Coast. 

 

About You: 

 

You will be a patient-centred professional who demonstrates a commitment to holistic emergency nursing through your personal alignment to our values. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who demonstrates sound people leadership skills and an ability to think critically under pressure. You'll have:

  • 4-5+ years experience within an Emergency and/or Critical Care environment
  • Previous experience coordinating care provision within team
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving under pressure
  • Commitment to collaboration and team work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Proven experience in initiating improvements to patient care (desirable)

As a Registered Nurse, we offer $44.14-$47.29 p/hour + Super commensurate with your experience. As a not-for-profit hospital, we also offer access to competitive salary-packaging options.

 

We're offering a combination of permanent part-time and full time roles, working a minimum of 0.6 per fortnight up to full time roster.
