PATCHES is a child development and disability service seeking health professionals to join our transdisciplinary team, delivering therapy services in the Northern Territory.
The role
Due to exciting growth across Australia, PATCHES Therapy Services is seeking:
- psychologists
- speech pathologists
- occupational therapists
- physiotherapists/exercise physiologists
- social workers
- Aboriginal health workers or therapy assistants
- and other relevant disciplines
to deliver transdisciplinary services for paediatric clients (including from culturally and linguistically diverse populations, and in corrective services settings). The successful applicants will have the ability to seek referrals and manage a growing caseload. This role will be employed on a sub-contractor basis.
Selection Criteria
- Full qualifications in the relevant discipline
- Ability to seek and manage a caseload of therapy clients
- Ability to deliver evidence based therapy
- Excellent verbal and written skills (report writing, case summary and follow up required)
Eligibility Requirements:
- AHPRA or relevant Professional Registration
- Own transport (travel may be required)
- Current Police Clearance
- Working with children check
