- This GP Commercial Leader, Melbourne East, position is responsible for managing a group of Customer Relationship Managers who visit GP clinics, practices, medical centres and the like, to sell this pathology service to general practitioners and related staff, eg. practice managers.
- The role will spend time out in the field, in metro Melbourne, no regional/country trips, coaching, mentoring, guiding and motivating the team to make sure they are targeting the right GP’s to ask them to refer their patients to your pathology laboratories, for any form of diagnostic testing, eg. blood tests, as opposed to using competitors.
- You will monitor KPI’s and performance manage where necessary, while being very supportive and collaborative encouraging strong teamwork.
- Ideally you will have at least 4 years’ current or very recent experience, successfully managing a GP sales team in the pharmaceutical industry or you are managing a sales team within the pathology arena.
- Strong examples of your leadership capabilities will need to be articulated.
- A science, nursing, business or related qualification is desired.
