- Adult caseload, rehabilitation focus
Experienced Dietitian required for hospital based on beautiful NSW coast. The service offers surgical, general medical, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation day programmes. Join a small allied health team, including 1.5 FTE Physiotherapists, 2 Occupational Therapists and 2 Allied Health Assistants. The role is to start ASAP. This is a permanent vacancy, 1 day per week, 08:30 – 16:30.
The focus of this role is adult rehabilitation:
- Inpatient initial assessments and intervention/liaising with family members
- Participate in group education sessions in our Day Programs
- Provide monthly education to kitchen staff regarding dietary requirements and reviewing menus as required.
To be considered, you will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Dietitian and working independently / able to manage own case load
- Registration with Dietitians Association Australia
- A community and case focused individual who is looking to join an enthusiastic friendly team.
- Working with children check
- National Criminal History Records Check
