We offer the best customer service possible by providing optimal eye health and vision care from our incredible team of optometrists. Our expert optical dispensers give lens advice for a wide range of prescriptions.

The position is a full time role with options for flexibility.

Seeking the following:

Experience in retail, sales, customer service and / or fashion industry

Incredible customer service skills

Diligence and ability to work autonomously and with a small team.

Ability to take direction.

Computer skills.

Excellent communication skills in all its forms

Ability to create a trusted environment for customers making an important purchase

A passion for making people feel great

Highly Awesome add on skills:

Optical dispensing experience

Knowledge of the eyewear industry

Previous experience in Optomate

Social media savvy
