Sugarman Australia is seeking an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Manager to join one of QLD's most progressive healthcare providers within their pristine aged care residence. This position is ideal for an experienced aged care professional looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to further develop their career.

The Position

• 150 Bed Facility
• Leading a team of dedicated care staff
• Ensuring the highest outcomes in the standard of resident care
• You will have some responsibilities within HR, Finance and workplace health and safety
• You have a strong clinical expertise and specialist knowledge

Key Requirements

• AHPRA Registration
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Clinical governance required
• Solid ACFI knowledge and experience
• Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to understand and use electronic care systems
• Extensive knowledge and application of quality improvement, research, and best practice principles
