Receptionist – Cranbourne and Pakenham
Physioworks Health Group is a physiotherapy and allied health business with clinics located in Cranbourne, Pakenham, Berwick and Camberwell. We have been in operation for over 20 years providing physiotherapy, massage therapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, Pilates and a range of other services. We pride ourselves on our level of professional and customer service and we are looking for a like-minded receptionist to join the team at our clinics in Cranbourne and Pakenham.
The reception role involves all front of house reception duties including meeting and greeting clients, answering and directing incoming telephone calls, emails and faxes, scheduling appointments and managing the electronic diary system, handling money including EFTPOS and HiCaps. The ability to learn new processes and procedures, use common sense, juggle multiple tasks and problem solve issues as they arise are all inherent requirements of the role.
The position will involve working at both the Cranbourne and Pakenham clinics.
The position will be casual covering approx. 34 hours per week and will involve working over a number of different shifts ranging from:
Opening shift 7.15am – 3.45pm
Day shift 9am – 5pm
Evening shift 12pm – 8pm
There is also an opportunity to work every 4 weeks (approx.) on a Saturday 7.15am – 12pm.
The successful applicant must have flexibility to work occasional additional hours as required to assist in covering staff leave.
The successful applicant must be punctual, have a neat professional appearance and have a current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle.
Although not essential, you will ideally have experience in medical/allied health reception and be familiar with electronic appointment systems.
Applicants must have advanced computer skills including typing skills for some audio typing of letters.
The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, be honest and reliable and have the ability to provide flexibility in working hours.
Full on the job training will be provided before commencing in the position. Ongoing training and support are provided.
