Business Analyst - Pharmaceutical

This is a customer centric analytical role critical to the growth and commercial outcomes for the prescription medicine business of this highly successful multinational pharmaceutical company.
Within this role the key driver is to identify, develop and incorporate data sources to analyse and determine prescribing habits to predict and recommend future trends and behaviours for the prescription medicine commercial team.
Key responsibilities include data modelling, SAP and segmentation management, business analysis, market research and forecasting. You will also provide insights and be able to think of creative ways to bring the data to life and engage the business with this.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced business analyst within the pharmaceutical industry who has knowledge of industry data sources and an understanding of CRM, statistical modelling, segmentation and modelling as well as data analysis.

The ideal candidate will hold a University degree (or equivalent) in Business/Marketing or related field, with at least 2 years’ experience as an analyst, sales-operation, or SFE roles (Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage). In this role, you will require a strong business acumen with highly developed skills in quantitative analysis, attention to detail as well as a high level of numerical and analytical skills. You will have an advanced level of proficiency working with excel and a high understanding of analytical capabilities. Experience with salesforce.com or IQVIA is highly preferred.
You will be a strong communicator who will hold a self-starting attitude with a strong desire of ownership of the role, taking ownership of responsibilities, self-learning/researching. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to switch between priorities being proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working. You will be a team player with a sense of humour.
