My FootDr, Australia's largest podiatry group, is looking for a passionate team player who is keen to learn on the job across our Warragul clinic, and provide occasional cover at our Leongatha clinic. The role is ideally suited to someone with a "can do" attitude, a willingness to learn new things and someone who is process driven.
This exciting opportunity is available for someone wanting to work a minimum of 15 hours per week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but also be flexible with picking up additional hours.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Delivery of exceptional customer experience to patients
- Fielding of inbound calls and patient bookings
- Open and closing of clinic
- Patient billing and receipting
- Sterilisation of medical instruments
- Completing daily banking reporting
- Footwear sales and inventory management
- Preparation of letters, managing mail and other documents including patient folders
