About the Role
Blooms The Chemist Singleton has a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Retail Manager to lead a team of pharmacy assistants and oversee all retail aspects of the pharmacy. The position will report to the Pharmacy Owner. This position will require you to provide inspirational and effective leadership to your team as you manage the sales, operations and profitability of the store.
Your role will focus on:
* Promoting the pharmacy as a centre for advice, assistance and information in areas of health and well-being
* Assisting in any area of the pharmacy including orders, register, telephone, dispensary and store merchandising
* Willingness to undertake continual training and development opportunities
* A clear understanding of staff rostering requirements
* Experience managing staff performance
* Previous pharmacy or retail management experience is highly desirable
