Warrnambool Mental Health Services Adult Access has a current vacancy for a Mental Health Clinician (48 hours per fortnight) providing recovery oriented care to consumers as part of an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team.  

You will be qualified a Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Psychologist or Occupational Therapist with experience in providing triage and crisis response, as well as intake and assessment either via phone or face to face, for consumers presenting with acute and/or ongoing mental health difficulties.  You will be proactive in providing short term treatments and/or referrals appropriate to the needs of the individual, their carers and family. 

We will support you as part of a large team, including multidisciplinary Mental Health Clinicians, Psychiatrists, Peers Support Workers, an Acute Inpatient Unit, and After Hours Crisis Service.  You will work closely with other regional teams and residential services, and will be supported with regular supervision and training.
