**The Facility:**
80 bed home offering a welcoming and caring environment for its residents.
**The Position:**
With an effective support structure in place at the facility which includes CCC's ACFI Co-ordinator and a Quality Manager, the GM/Facility Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations and effective management of Human Resources to ensure residents are given the highest level of care and attention.
Although candidates will need to meet the below KSC, we are looking for someone with strong change management skills and the ability to develop a cohesive and loyal team in order to maintain stability. The FM will need to be a compassionate and nurturing leader who has the ability to drive excellence and further develop a positive mindset and workplace culture.
**Key Selection Criteria**
- Current Registration as an RN with AHPRA
- Minimum 3 years working as a Senior Manager in Aged Care
- Sound knowledge and understanding of key drivers of the Aged Care Industry
- Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Excellent people and change management skills
- Influential leader with a natural ability to support and manage staff
- Excellent financial/operational management experience
