Representing this progressive aged care organisation, you will be required to manage the clinical care team alongside an experienced Facility Manager & another skilled Clinical Care Coordinator. You will also be supported by thorough ACFI, admissions, clinical & quality support on site as well as extensive HR & Operations support from a centralised Head Office.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years aged care management experience
- Previous experience managing aged care facilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Sound financial and budgeting skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change.
