We are moving our Albion practice to Ascot to the new Racecourse Village shopping centre.  In this expansion we will be requiring more staff.

We are looking for a motivated exercise physiologist to join our musculoskeletal rehabilitation/ Clinical Pilates practice.  

You will be part of a team that includes physiotherapists, a titled sports physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates trainers, exercise physiologists, a podiatrist and massage therapist. We all seek to deliver best practice to our clients in both treatment and Pilates based rehabilitation.  Our case load includes sports injuries, dance injuries, back and post-surgical rehabilitation.  We will also be seeing NDIS clients. We deliver both hands on physiotherapy and rehabilitation programmes. We have a fully equipped Pilates studio with Reformers, Trap tables and Wunda chairs and we have real time ultrasound to enhance client training and assessment.

As an exercise physiologist you will need to be a team player and have a strong interest in Musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological and Sports rehabilitation. An understanding of dance would also be an ideal attribute. An interest in Pilates with some Pilates background would also be beneficial.  Comprehensive Pilates training can be offered to the suitable candidate through our training arm the Pilates Institute of Queensland.  .

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and empathy with their clients.  You will be delivering group and one-on-one sessions.

Wages will be above award and commensurate with experience.
