Our Client is a leading organization in the Aged Care sector who is seeking 2 Afterhours Client
Service Coordinators to join their busy team.
Working as an integral member within the Client Services team, this position receives after hours
calls from customers; organizing staff for changes in delivery services while referring clinical issues to qualified staff members.
Hours of Work
- Mon: 6am – 9am (3hrs Person 1) & 3:30pm – 8pm (4.5hrs Person 2)
- Tue: 6am – 9am (3hrs Person 1) & 3:30pm – 8pm (4.5hrs Person 2)
- No Wednesday
- Thurs: 6am – 9am (3hrs Person 1)
- Fri: 6am – 9am (3hrs Person 1) & 3:30pm – 8pm (4.5hrs Person 2)
- Sat: 6am – 2pm (7.5 hrs Person 1)
- Sun: 6am – 2pm (7.5 hrs Person 2)
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the first line contact for existing client enquires and staff rostering/service provision queries outside of office hours
- Coordinate changes to the client/staff schedule and roster
- Document activities and client services
- Provide on call support as required
What you’ll need:
- Ability to work the shifts as described
- Strong customer service focus
- Experience in rostering and or scheduling, using and electronic rostering system
- Ability to work autonomously and without supervision
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with diverse client groups.
- Well developed written skills
- National Police clearance required
