Our Regis Kingswood facility currently has a vacancy for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team. This role is a permanent part time role, working primarily PM & night shifts but with the flexibility to pick up additional AM shifts across the 7 day week. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Health / Aged Care and someone that is passionate about assisting our residents with their daily needs.
The Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Regis, your role will be to:
- Ensure all clinical document is congruent with current care requirements of residents
- Administer schedule 8 medications and provide specialised nursing care as required
- Monitor clinical care plans and participate in clinical auditing
- Provide high quality oversight and leadership of the facility
- Motivate, lead and supervise all the staff
- Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policies and procedures
Your experience:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration with 2 years of experience
- A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
- Proven capability and experience in leading a team
