Scalabrini is a not for profit residential aged care provider, with a rich cultural heritage spanning nearly 50 years and a reputation for providing care to the frail for 7 Residential Aged Care Villages in NSW, for people living with dementia across culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
About You
We are seeking casual and permanent part time Registered Nurses who are contemporary clinicians with a passion for dementia care excellence.
We seek clinicians with experience in providing high quality person-centred clinical care to residents, including clinical assessments, specialised nursing care, leadership and guidance to the care and wellbeing teams.
We Ask You To Have
- Registered Nurse Div 1 (registered with AHPRA) with a current practice certificate
- A passion for person-centred care delivery and dementia care excellence
- Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment
- A good understanding of ACFI and the aged care accreditation standards
- Experience in leading people or supporting care teams
- Well developed communication skills
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices
- Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services
