HMO2 Medical commences Monday 04th February 2019. Please note that orientation will be confirmed in your contract.



All our HMO2 Medical positions are subject to the state-wide Computer Matching Process, conducted by the Post Graduate Medical Council of Victoria (PMCV). The rules for eligibility and matching to all the Hospitals in Victoria are governed by PMCV in conjunction with the Victorian Government funding body, Department of Human Services. To be eligible for an HMO 2 computer match post in Victoria you must be either a graduate of an Australian or New Zealand University or holder of the AMC Certificate AND an Australian permanent resident. You will have to apply via the St. Vincent’s Workday website and address your cover letter to - Associate Professor Wilma Beswick - Chief Medical Officer.



In addition to completing the Hospital Application, candidates are required to lodge a priority list with PMCV for the Computer Match.

Selection Procedures

Candidates will be ranked on the basis of their written application, referee reports, personal interview and academic history. The Computer Matching process sorts the Hospital’s ranking of candidates with the candidates’ preference of Hospital.
