We now have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Dental Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis (some flexibility with hours may be considered).
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, this senior position works with our Special Needs and Implant Specialists. You will also be responsible for leading the Dental Concierge team to deliver a professional, efficient and a personalised service to our patients.
About you
You will be self-motivated and reliable, have exceptional customer service skills with strong time management. You will be passionate about dental with a can-do attitude, great work ethic and be willing to go over and above.
Previous experience within the dental industry and current knowledge of specialised procedures and treatment, as well as Medicare and DVA, is essential together with strong administrative skills.
You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.
