Mental Health Therapist – permanent full time
Wyndham Clinic Private Hospital is a state of the art facility, offering private inpatient and day patient mental health programs to Melbourne's West and beyond, including a range of specialised services and therapy programs for adult mental health, youth mental health, and alcohol and other drug rehabilitation.
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our Therapy team. The role involves providing quality, evidence-based therapy to clients engaged in both inpatient and outpatient therapy programs.

Successful candidates will have:
- Experience in providing assessment and evidence-based therapies to individuals and groups with a variety of clinical presentations, preferably in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Client-centred approach
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Highly motivated, flexible and able to cope under pressure
- Crisis management, critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Passion and dedication to tailoring therapeutic practice to improve client outcomes
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Postgraduate mental health qualification and current AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, or Mental Health Nurse, or a Social Worker with a recognised degree in Social Work and eligibility for membership for the Association of Australian Social Workers
- A current Working with Children’s Certificate and Police Check.
